Radio Host Rush Limbaugh Dies At 70

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — Popular conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh has died at the age of 70.

Limbaugh’s wife confirmed the death on his syndicated radio show. Limbaugh had been battling lung cancer.

“It’s with profound sadness I must share with you directly that our beloved Rush, my wonderful husband, passed away this morning due to complications from lung cancer,” Kathryn Limbaugh said.

Limbaugh was awarded the Medal of Freedom by then President Donald Trump in February of last year during the State of the Union.
